Obble Hosting was created in 2018 to provide local customers within Australia affordable web-hosting services with exceptional customer support. By utilizing quality local hardware we are able to remain profitable with affordable prices while still maintaining the personal level of support our customers experience today.
Obble expanded it's offerings to provide VPS hosting, enabling customers to have greater control over their business systems. Once again, an affordable price point was set for both Windows & Linux VPS.
In 2020, we found the potential flaws in our regular Web Hosting offering. While still fast, there was room for improvement. So we launched our SSD Web Hosting range, much faster than seen before. We continue to offer both HDD & SSD hosting, catered to different needs.
COVID-19 also created significant challenges for small businesses, we provided greater discounts and free periods to those affected.
Towards the end of 2020, we decided to follow suit with the Web Hosting SSD upgrade, and apply these changes to our VPS Servers. All VPS nodes were upgraded from HDD to SSD, and existing customers were migrated & upgraded free of charge. SSD VPS hosting continues to be offered at the same original HDD price.
With the new year of 2021, we have many plans for Obble. Starting with the complete rebrand of the Obble Logo & Website; our new logo displays a more readable font, followed by the paper plane. The logo represents simplicity, creativity and practicality - Obble was grown in 2018 from a small prototype of a business into a constantly growing provider of online services, as such the paper plane was chosen to represent the journey of our business.
